Ever. Sorry. No number of discrete ideas that sound good on paper but would never survive Congress can overcome all that.
Sums it up pretty well I think.
He says that Romney laughing a bit at Ron Paul just lost his vote from him. After his rant, I would submit Romney never had it to begin with.
He could have put some Trutheriness in there though to round out the crack-pot stew.
