Seems Al will have to move his GW concert to that bastion of environmental stewardship - New Jersey.

Update: The Princess links disapprovingly to this BoGlo article about a bill to make global warming a national security issue. I don’t see what the big deal is. For one thing, most of the debate over climate change has to do with its cause, not whether it’s happening or not. If it’s happening, we should have a contingency plan for defense implications, just like we have contingency plans for war with Great Britain and various other improbable scenarios. Quoth Ed Markey.
